Where we shipping?

Our central warehouses are located in Zaragoza (Spain). All orders are prepared in special boxes adapted for transporting footwear and clothing with an easy opening and are sent to Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden and Finland.

Shipments to Spain and Portugal the company is Correos Express

Shipping Europe the company is MailBoxes/UPS/FedEx

Delivery is between 08:00 and 20:00 hours. In case of absence, the transport agency will contact the client to arrange a delivery at the date and time that suits him.

Delivery time Europe?

Shipments to Europe:

Delivery times: Orders will be processed and shipped the same day when the order has been placed before 14:00 hours.

The delivery time will be 4/6 working days.

 

Delivery time Spain?

Shipments to Spain / peninsule:

Delivery times: Orders will be processed and shipped the same day when the order has been placed before 14:00 hours.

The delivery time will be 24/48 working hours.

 

BShipments to Balearic Islands:

Delivery times: Orders will be processed and shipped the same day when the order has been placed before 14:00.

The delivery time will be 48/72 working hours.

 

We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs to Europe:

The shipping cost for orders under 250€ will be from 12€.

For shipments over 250€ the cost will be free.

 

Shipping costs to Spain and Portugal:

In all purchases the shipping costs are free as long as they exceed 60€ for orders in Spain. The shipping cost for orders under 60€ will be 5€.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Shipments to Europe:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email indicating that it has left our warehouse. Once it arrives at the Mail Boxes logistics centre you will be able to track the order on their website or by clicking on this link and entering the tracking number that we will have sent you.

 

Shipments to Spain and Portugal:  

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email indicating that it has left our warehouse. Once you arrive at the Correos Express logistics centre you will be able to track your order on their website or by clicking on this link and entering your web order number.
