FREE RETURNS IN NEW SEASON SNEAKERS
FREE returns for orders shipped to Spain peninsula.
Shipments to Balearic Islands and Europe do not have free returns.
RETURN TIME
The return period is 15 days after you receives the products.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
If you want to return a product, it must be in perfect condition (without sings of having been used) and with all the parts that compose it or additional. Just like the original box and the external box that protects it (like the one you received). In the event that an order contains shipping costs and is returned, only the amount of the purchased items will be refunded, not the postage.
RETURN COSTS
In case you want to return one or more products, you will have to take care of the shipment to our warehouses through the transport company you want. For our part we offer you our COLLECTION service and for only 15€ (out of Spain price) we will send the transport company and in 24/48h it will be returned in our warehouses with tracking number. The shipping address will appear at the bottom of the return sheet.

REFUND OF MONEY
Returns of orders placed on the website www.thesneakerone.com will always be made in the same payment method as the original purchase.
- * If the purchase was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded on the same card.
- * If the purchase was made with Amazon Pay, the amount will be refunded through Amazon Pay.
- * If the order was made with cash on delivery we will need a bank account number (with IBAN ESXX format) where you are the holder to make the return. Once the return order arrives, we will ask you by email for the necessary information to make the bank transfer. Bank transfers are made from a LaCaixa account. Depending on your bank will be effective from 24 to 72 hours.
- * If you wish, we can also generate a coupon that does not expire with the purchase amount and associate it with your account.
HOW DO I CONTRACT A COLLECTION?
If you want us to take care of everything, you can hire our pick-up service and for just € 15 we will pick you up the order wherever you tell us. You can also track the package. Easy and economical. HIRE PICKUP
In the period of sales or if you want to make sure that you do not run out of the size or product you want, we advise you to return the product as soon as possible requesting the money back and make a new order with the product or size you want.
